Over time, my work has shifted from designing products to shaping systems and decisions. I’m drawn to the early stages of development -where direction is still open, assumptions can be challenged and different perspectives need to come together.
I work at the intersection of human needs, organizational realities and future possibilities. Through research, facilitation and systems thinking, I help create clarity, align perspectives and move ideas into action.
I see design as a long-term discipline, one that needs to respond to complexity, resource constraints and societal change. Sustainability is part of that responsibility: designing services and systems that remain useful, viable and relevant over time.
Alongside my work in a global organization, I contribute to initiatives exploring the evolving role of design in Sweden, developing frameworks, facilitating dialogue and creating space for new perspectives.
