
In collaboration with H&M Design Studios and IDEO, I contributed to shaping the foundation of a new internal innovation hub.
We defined its vision, ways of working, and core design operations; from internal rituals to frameworks and visual identity.

Trained in rigorous design methodology and artistic practice at the Royal Danish Academy (2005–2011),
I spent over a decade working as a fashion designer before expanding my practice into service and systems design.
I tend to sense what is missing and what is emerging. I visualize several steps ahead and move into action through small,
low-fi experiments. I learn by testing, adjusting and building momentum.
Today, I work across teams in a global organization to challenge assumptions and inform decisions through
a clear user perspective -across digital and physical contexts.
