In collaboration with H&M Design Studios and IDEO, I was part of the team tasked with exploring, discovering, and defining the foundation for our new innovation hub. Together, we shaped the design operations to meet internal needs, clarified our main vision, and laid the initial groundwork for our 'HOME'. Using design methodology, we defined 'wows', established internal rituals, and created a framework and visual identity as part of the delivery.
>> our mission, our values and our teams helping to grow a new function within H&M Group

>>learn and help others to understand how we deliver value through beacons with a human-centred design-led approach
>> a growing collection of learnings, tips and tools supporting Design Studio leads to facilitate our process with increasing continuity and efficiency

Trained in rigorous design methodology and artistic practice at the Royal Danish Academy (2005–2011),
I spent over a decade working as a fashion designer before expanding my practice into service and systems design.
I tend to sense what is missing and what is emerging. I visualize several steps ahead and move into action through small,
low-fi experiments. I learn by testing, adjusting and building momentum.
Today, I work across teams in a global organization to challenge assumptions and inform decisions through
a clear user perspective -across digital and physical contexts.
